Kick One Step Sparring

* Attacker’s = A’s           Right foot = RF                Left foot = LF

A person:
RF step back, left hand low block; 
RF step forward to front stance, right hand high punch.

B person:
Kee Hahp when ready and start A1.

A1. 
RF step back into kick stance.
RF front snap kick and RF steps forward to the right side into horse stance.
Left hand middle punch to A’s solar plexus, pivot left to front stance and right hand high punch A’s face.


A2. 
RF steps back into kick stance.
RF roundhouse kick to A’s solar plexus and RF steps forward the right side into horse stance
Right knife hand strike to A’s neck, push A’
s head down,
Right leg out to front stance, knife hand strike down to A’s neck.

A3. 
RF steps back into kick stance.
RF step behind and LF side kick to A’s solar plexus and LF steps forward into horse stance & left hand back fist punch to A’s face.
LF out into front stance & overhead right hand hammer punch to A’s face.


A4. 

RF steps back into kick stance.RF back kick to A’s solar plexus and RF into horse stance and right knife hand to A’s right side of the neck.
Right hand grab A’s neck and push A’s head down.
RF steps forward 45
to the right side into front stance.
Left elbow strike down to A’s back.


A5. 

RF step back into kick stance.
RF out/inside defense kick to A’s fist.
LF back wheel kick to A’s face and return to kick stance (left foot in back).


A6. 

RF steps back into kick stance.
RF out/inside defense kick to A’s fist.
RF sidekick to A's solar plexus, RF hook kick
And return to kick stance (RF in back).

A person
LF step back with Kee Hahp, right hand low block; LF step forward to front stance, left hand high punch.

B person:
Kee Hahp when ready and start B1

B1. 
From ready stance.

Twist counter-clockwise RF steps forward 45° into horse stance.
LF back kick to A's solar plexus and LF steps into horse stance and left elbow strike to A’s face.
LF steps left into front stance and right ridge hand attack to A's groin.


B2. 
From ready stance.

LF step forward for
back stance, left palm out/inside block to A’s fist.
Twist back clockwise RF steps into horse stance.
Right elbow strike to A’s solar plexus.
Right heel kick to A’s groin.


B3. 
From ready stance.

LF steps out to the left 45 into front stance and right knife hand attack to A's neck and grab A's neck with right hand & pull down A's head.
Right knee attack to A's face and RF steps into front stance and
Left elbow strike to A's back.


B4.
From ready stance.

RF steps left out 45 into front stance and left knife hand in/outside block and grab A's wrist.
LF roundhouse kick to A’s solar plexus and sidekick to A's front leg behind the knee.
LF steps inside 45
front stance and right hand punch to A’s face.

B5.
From ready stance.

LF step forward for back stance and left knife hand in/outside block to A’s outside wrist and grab A’s wrist and turn over counter-clockwise.
LF out into front stance and right hand palm strike to A’s fist.
RF front snap kick to A’s face and RF returns back into kick stance.


B6.
From ready stance.

LF step forward for back stance & left hand out/inside palm block to A’s fist.
LF into horse stance and left knife hand to A’s left neck.
LF sweep A’s front leg
and bring LF together with RF,
Back kick right leg, and RF steps forward into kick stance.
