A person:
RF step back, left hand low block; 
RF step forward to front stance, right hand high punch.

B person:
Kee Hahp when ready and start A #1.

A #1. 
RF steps to the right 45
into horse stance.
Left hand middle punch to A’s stomach, right hand middle punch A’s stomach. 
Twist clockwise into front stance and left hand punch to A’s chin.

A #2.
 
RF steps to the right 45
into horse stance.
Pull both fists back to right hip, palms facing each other.
Left knife hand inside/outside block to A’s wrist & right hand punch to A’s chin. 
Twist clockwise into front stance and left-hand middle punch to A’s stomach.


A #3.
 
Pull RF to LF with feet together.

LF steps out to the left 45 into front stance.
Right knife hand attack to A’s behind neck.
Twist clockwise into front stance and left-hand punch to A’s ribs.


A #4.
 
LF steps left into front stance and left hand high block to A’s high punch.

Right arc-hand strike to A’s throat.

A #5.
 
RF step forward into back stance & right palm out/inside block to A’s wrist.

RF steps into horse stance and right elbow strike to A’s solar plexus.
Turn counter-clockwise and left elbow strike to A’s ribs.


A #6.
 
RF steps into horse stance, right hand side punch to A’s solar plexus.

Right hand back fist to face, then right hand hammer fist strike to groin.

A person
LF step back with Kee Hahp, right hand low block; LF step forward to front stance, left hand high punch.

B person:
Kee Hahp when ready and start B1

B #1. 
RF steps out to the right 45
° into front stance.
Right hand grabs A's wrist and pull-pushing it downwards.
Left ridge hand strike to A’s chin.


B #2

RF steps out to the right 45
° into front stance.
Left knife hand in/outside block and grabs A's wrist & pull it downwards.
Twist counter clockwise and right elbow strike to A’s chin.
Twist clockwise and left ridge hand strike to A’s throat.


B #3

RF steps out to the right 45
° into front stance.
Left knife hand inside/outside block A’s wrist.
Kneel down on left knee and left knife hand strike to
A's left leg behind knee.
Twist counter-clockwise and left leg into front stance and right hand punch to A's face.


B #4

LF steps out to the left 45
° into front stance and right knee down and same time right hand punch to A’s groin.
Twist clockwise & right leg into front stance and left palm strike to A’s chin.

B #5

RF forward into horse stance and right hand back fist attack to A’s face.

RF step right to front stance and left knife hand attack to A’s left neck.
Left-hand grab A’s behind neck and pull A’s head down.
Right elbow strike upward to A’s face.


B #6

LF step forward into horse stance and double knife hand block to A’s wrist and elbow.

Right hand grab A’s wrist and left elbow strike to A’s ribs.
Pull right hand down overhead and left elbow strike down to A’s back.
LF step left into front stance and right knife hand down to A’s behind neck.
