One Step Sparring
1.
Right leg steps forward 45° to the right side into horse stance and
left knife hand inside/outside block and right
knife hand strike to neck
Left hand grabs attacker's hand and right hand
grabs attacker's neck.
Right knee attack to the attacker’s stomach
Right leg sweep attacker’s front leg
When attacker is on the ground right hand punch to
the attacker’s face.
2.
Right foot steps into 45° horse stance. Left knife in/outside block and
right hand punch to chin.
Left hand grabs attacker’s wrist, right footsteps
into horse stance
Same time right elbow strike to attacker’s ribs
Right foot turns counter-clockwise into back stance
Right foot round house to attacker’s stomach
Left foot round house kick behind attacker’s knee
When attacker is on the ground, right hand punch to
the face
3.
Left foot step forward into front stance.
Same time right knife hand block & grab attacker’s
wrist.
Right foot round house kick into attacker’s
stomach.
Step down into front stance.
Left hand punches attacker’s face.
Left hand grabs attacker’s right shoulder
Left leg round house kick behind knee of attacker’s
front leg
When attacker is on the ground, right hand punch to
the attacker’s face.
4.
Left leg steps out to the left 45 into front stance
Left hand grabs attacker's hand and right ridge
hand strike to chin
Right hand grabs attacker's neck and right leg
sweep attacker’s front leg
When
attacker is on the ground right hand punch to the attacker’s face.
5.
Left foot forward into back stance and left knife hand in / outside
block
Left foot step into front stance, double knife hand
to side of attacker’s neck and grab attacker’s neck
Pull down attacker’s head and at same time right
knee strike to face
Right leg sweep attacker’s front leg
When attacker is on the ground left hand punch to
the attacker’s face.
6.
Left leg steps forward into back stance and left knife hand block and
grab attacker’s wrist.
Left foot side kick to the attacker’s ribs and
return to back stance.
Right leg twist clock wise, twisting hand over
head.
Right hand grabs attacker’s neck. Right leg sweep
attacker’s front leg
When attacker is on the ground right hand punch to
the attacker’s face.
