Pyoung Ahn Sahm Dahn (#3)

1.   Look left; turn 90° left into back stance and left inside/outside block.

2.
   Slide right foot to left (feet together stance) then bend knees slightly & both hands bring to the left side on top of each other, right hand does an inside/outside block while at the same time, the left hand a low attack. Bend knees slightly & both hands bring to the right side on top of each other, left hand does an inside/outside block while at the same time, the right hand a low attack.

3.
   Look right and turn 180° into a back stance right hand inside/outside block.

4.
   Slide left foot to right (feet together stance) then bend knees slightly & both hands bring to the right side on top of each other, left hand does an inside/outside block while at the same time, the right hand a low attack. Bend knees slightly & both hands bring to the left side on top of each other, right hand does an inside/outside block while at the same time, the left hand a low attack.

5.
   Look left, and then step 90° into a front stance 2-fisted middle block.

6.
   Push left hand down front stance right spear hand. (Kee Hahp).

7.
   Look over left shoulder turn back turn Left 270° into horse stance with left hammer fist.

8.
   Right foot front stance right hand middle punch

9.
   Extend both arms horizontally while turning left 180°(bent knees) into feet together stance. Straighten knees while bringing hands (fists) to hips.

10.
Right outside-Inside defense kick. Land in horse stance, right side-elbow defense then a right hammer fist, return right fist to hip.

12. Left outside-Inside defense kick. Land in horse stance and left side-elbow defense then a left hammer fist, return left fist to hip.

13. Right outside-Inside defense kick. Land in horse stance, right side-elbow defense then a right hammer fist, leaving right fist extended.

14. Step with left foot front stance left center punch. 

15. Slide right foot to left with a loud inhale, then slide right foot into a horse stance with a loud exhale. 

16. Turn left 180° into horse stance with right punch and left elbow strike. (your right fist should be near your left cheekbone with knuckles turned toward face).  

17. Jump left into horse stance with left punch & right elbow (similar to above) Kee Hahp.
