1.
In Back stance: Left middle knife hand block & right high knife hand
block (same time).
2.
Turn right 180°
into back stance with right middle knife hand block & left high knife
hand block.
3.
Turn 90°
left foot forward into front stance 2 hand low X-block.
4.
Step into back stance right foot forward right two fist middle block.
5.
Pull left knee up fist facing each other to the right side and hold left
foot sidekick and left hammer fist strike. As sidekick lands in front stance, open
left hand, right elbow strike (into left open hand).
6.
Look to the right side pull right knee up fist facing each other on the
left side and hold.
7.
Right foot sidekick and right hammer fist strike. Land in front stance
with open right hand. With out changing foot positions, and left elbow strike into the open hand.
8.
Without
changing foot position, turn hips 90°
left foot front stance left knife hand high block and right knife hand
neck strike (same time).
9.
Right foot front snap kick, but do NOT set your right foot back down.
Use it as "springing" action to jump forward into #10.
10.
Land with crossed legs a right inside/outside block (body should be
turned slightly to the left) -Kee Hahp.
11.
Turn left 270°
and with crossed open hands.
12.
Step left foot into a front stance while executing a 2 hand grab. The
turn the right fist over and pull to right side body. And right front snap kick followed by right
middle punch then left middle punch.
13.
Cross open hands and turn 180°
rights. Step into a right front stance and 2 hand grab. Turn left fist
over and pull to left side body. And left front snap kick, right
middle punch, then left middle punch.
14.
Pull the right (front) foot in back stance and left 2 fist middle block.
15.
Left foot step forward into back stance and right 2 fist middle block.
16.
Right foot steps forward into back stance and left 2 fist middle block,
and right foot step forward into a front stance with a 2-hand grab-head. Right knee strike (Kee
Hahp).
17.
Stepping across with the right foot, turn 270°
left into back stance a left double knife hand middle block.
18.
Step 90°
left into back stance and right double knife hand middle block.
