Back stance- left inside-outside block and right reverse middle punch.

Move the right foot then feet together and double right side block.
3.
Back stance- right inside-outside block and left reverse middle punch.
4.
Move the left foot then feet together and double left side block.
5.
Right foot step forward right 2-fist middle block.
6. Left foot step forward 2-fist X-low block and
pull then 2 knife hand X-high block.
7.
Right knee up then middle left knife hand, and right foot steps forward
with front stance then right hand middle punch(Kee Hahp).
8.
Look over the left shoulder pivot back, right hand outside/inside block
then right foot outside/inside defense kick. Touch down right foot with horse stance and
low block with the right hand. Look to the left side and open hand
middle strike.
9.
Right foot kicks the left palm, touch down with horse stance right elbow
strike to the left palm.
10. Left foot moves behind the right foot heal, double
block facing the fist.
11. Stay in place and look behind, move the left foot
forward with back stance.
12.
Jump
forward landing with crossed legs low stance x-low block (Kee Hahp).
13. Right foot forward with front stance, two fist
middle block.
14. Look over the left shoulder and left foot moves
forward to front stance, right low spear hand. Pull back with right hand inside/outside block left hand low block
with back stance.
15. Stay in place then move the front foot steps back
and feet together.

Look over the left shoulder twist into double side high block.
17.
Right foot forward into front stance left low spear hand, pull back with
left hand inside/outside block right hand low block with back stance .
