1. Pull hands to the right side with palms facing each other;
turn left 90°
into back-stance with left inside/outside block and right high block.
2.
Without moving feet, right upper cut while bringing the left hand to the right
shoulder.
3.
Step with left foot into horse stance and left hand side punch.
4.
Pull hands to the left side palms facing each other; turn right 180°
into back-stance with right inside/outside block and left high block.
5.
Without moving feet, execute a left upper cut while bringing the right hand to
the left shoulder.
6.
Step with right foot into horse stance and right hand side punch.
7.
Right knee up with two fist middle block palms facing each other on the left
side step 90°
to the right; right side kick and right side hammer fist, Kee Hahp.
8.
Turn 180°
left into left two-knife hand block in back stance.
9.
Step with right foot into right two-knife hand block in back stance.
10.
Step with left foot into left knife hand block in back stance.
11.
Push down with left hand & step into front stance and right spear hand.
12.
Turn left 270°
into back stance left middle two-knife hand block.
13.
Step 45°
rights and executes right middle two-knife hand block.
14.
Turn 180°
right into a right middle two-knife hand block.
15.
Step 45°
left into a left middle two-knife hand block.
16.
Turn 45°
left into front-stance right hand inside outside block.
17.
Right front snap kick (land in front stance) a left middle punch followed by a
left hand Inside/outside block.
18.
Then execute a left front snap kick landing in front stance and right middle
punch.
19.
Pull (left side) your right side palms facing each other step into right front
stance with right 2-fist middle block.
20.
Turn left 270°
into front stance with a left low block followed by a left knife hand block turn
45°
move right leg steps forward into front stance high block.
21.
Turn to the right 180°
into a right front stance with a right low block followed by a right knife hand
block turn 45°
move left leg steps forward into front stance high block (Yell).
