1. Turn 90º to the left, left hand low block in front
stance.
2.
Step with right foot middle punch with right hand (Front stance).
3.
Look over right shoulder; turn 180º clockwise into right foot front
stance low block.
4.
Using a pulling motion, bring right arm across chest (Hand should be
near left hip). At the same time, slide right foot back
into a "feet together" stance with the knees slightly bent, with right
hand; and hammer fist while unbending the knees.
5.
Step with left foot middle punch with left hand (front stance).
6.
Look over left shoulder and turn 90º counterclockwise into left low
block, then knife hand middle block.
7.
Step with right foot high block (Front stance).
8.
Step with left foot high block (Front stance).
9.
Step with right foot high block (Front stance)- (Kee Hahp on this block).
10.
Spin 270º counterclockwise into a left front stance low block.
11.
Step with right foot middle punch with right hand (Front stance).
12.
Look over right shoulder; turn 180º clockwise into right front stance
low block.
13.
Step with left foot middle punch with left hand (Front stance).
14.
Look over left shoulder and turn 90ºcounterclockwise into left low block
front stance.
15.
Step with right foot middle punch. (Front stance)
16.
Step with left foot middle punch. (Front stance)
17.
Step with right foot middle punch. (Front stance) (Kee Hahp)
18.
Prepare hands by placing the left hand on the right shoulder & right
hand on the right hip.
19.
Spin 315º counterclockwise into a low knife hand block in back stance
(Right hand should block solar plexus while the left hand blocks above the left knee)
20.
Prepare hands (Right on left shoulder and left on left hip). Look to the right and step out
45º into a low knife hand block in back stance.
21.
Look over right shoulder and prepare hands on your left side. Turn
180ºinto low knife hand block in back stance.
22.
Look left, prepare hands on right side of body and step left, 45º into
low knife hand block in back stance.
