1. Turn 90º to the left low block with left hand in back stance.
2. Step with right foot side punch with right hand (Horse stance).
3. Look over right shoulder, turn 180º clockwise into low block with
right hand in back stance.
4. Step with left foot side punch with left hand (Horse stance).
5. Look over left shoulder and turn 90º counterclockwise into
X-low block left foot forward front stance.
6. Step with right foot horse stance side punch.
7. Look over left shoulder turn back step with left foot horse
stance turning side hammer punch.
8. Step with right foot horse stance side punch - Kee Hahp on this
punch.
9. Spin 270º counterclockwise into a low block with left hand in
back stance.
10. Step with right foot side punch with right hand (Horse stance).
11. Look over right shoulder, turn 180ºclockwise into low block
with right hand in back stance.
12. Step with left foot side punch with left hand (Horse stance).
13. Look over left shoulder and turn 90ºcounterclockwise into X-
low block front stance.
14. Step with right foot horse stance side punch.
15. Look over right shoulder step with left foot and execute a
horse stance turning side hammer punch.
16. Step with right foot horse stance side punch - Kee Hahp on
this punch.
17. Spin 270º counterclockwise into a low block with left hand in
back stance.
18. Step with right foot side punch with right hand. (Horse
stance).
19. Look over right shoulder, turn 180ºclockwise into low block
with right hand in back stance.
20. Step with left foot side punch with left hand (Horse stance).
