1.   Turn 90º to the left, left hand low block in front stance.

Step with right foot and high punch with right hand (Front stance)

3.  
Look over right shoulder; turn 180º clockwise into right foot front stance low block.

Step with left foot and high punch with left hand (Front stance).

5.  
Look over left shoulder and turn 90º counterclockwise into left low block front stance.

Step with right foot high block with right hand. (Front stance)

Step with left foot high block with left hand. (Front stance)

Step with right foot high block with right hand. (Front stance) -Kee Hahp (Yell) on this block.

Spin 270ºcounterclockwise into a left front stance low block.

Step with right foot high punch with right hand (Front stance).

Look over right shoulder; turn 180º clockwise into right front stance low block.

Step with left foot high punch with left hand (Front stance).

Look over left shoulder and turn 90º counterclockwise into left low block front stance.
