1.
Turn 90º to the left, and left hand low block in front
stance.
2.
Step with right foot, middle punch with right hand in front
stance.
3.
Look over right shoulder front hand up; turn 180º clockwise
into right front stance low block.
4.
Step with left foot middle punch with left hand in front
stance.
5.
Look over left shoulder front hand up, and turn 90º
counterclockwise into left low block front stance.
6. Step with right foot middle punch. (Front stance)
7.
Step with left foot middle punch. (Front stance)
8. Step with right foot middle punch. (Front stance)

9. Spin 270º counterclockwise with back hand up, into a left
front stance low block.
10.
Step with
right foot punch with right hand (front stance).
11.
Look over
right shoulder with front hand up; turn 180º clockwise into right
front stance low block.

Step with
left foot middle punch with left hand (Front stance).
13.
Look over
left shoulder with front hand up and turn 90ºcounterclockwise into
left low block front stance.
14.
Step with
