Bring both
hands to the left side of the body, Twist the body slightly to the left
and jump directly forward.
The feet land in a hooked leg stance.
Simultaneously, execute a right, middle-level knife hand block. The
block is supported by the left hand.
Pivot 180 to the left and bring both hands
to the left side of the body. Then step directly forward with the left
foot into a back stance. Execute a right, high level knife hand block
and a left high level knife hand strike.
Pivot 270 on the left foot. Bring the right
had to the left shoulder. The left arm is straight and in front of the
body, Immediately upon reaching the position.
Do a right low-level block to the right side
of the body. The heels of the feet are touching and the toes are close
together.
Bring both knife hands to the left side of
the body. Then step directly forward with the leg into a back stance
position.
As the stance is being done perform both a
left high level knife hand strike and a right, high level knife hand
block.
Draw the left foot back to meet the right
foot. Bring the left fist to the left side. The right fist is brought to
a position in front of, and above, the left fist. The palm of the right
fist is facing the body.
Turn the body 90 to the left and raise the
right leg. The right foot is brought to the left knee and the hands
maintain the same position as the previous movement.
From this position do a low level side
thrust kick. At the same time the kick is being done, extend the right
arm in a low block position in line with the kick. The left fist is
tight to the left side.
Immediately after the side kick, snap the
kicking leg back to the starting position. Bring the right fist to a low
level position in front
of the body. The left knife hand is brought to the right shoulder, palm
out.
From the point step down into a horse riding
stance. Slowly draw the right fist to the right side and cross the front
of the body with the left palm hand, The left hand stops just above the
knee, palm out.
Execute a right middle level punch from the
horse riding stance.
Immediately after the right middle level
punch do a left middle level punch. Both punches are done from the
riding stance.
The position of the feet does not move. However the twisting action of
the hips gives the two punches power.
Look to the left and turn the body slightly
in that direction, bringing the left fist to the right shoulder. Extend
the right are do that it is under the left arm. The right hand forms a
fist. From here execute a right high level inside to outside block and
left low level block. The inside block is done to the rear of the body.
It defends against an attack to the head delivered from the rear.
Pivot both feet 90 to the right. This will
cause the body to pivot 180 and enter a back stance position. As the is
being done, bring the right fist to the left shoulder and the left arm
straight in front of the body.
From here do a right low level block and a
left high inside to outside block. The inside to outside block is done
in he same manner as the previous movement.
The next movement is done in the direction
of the punches. From the back stance move the left foot to a position in
front of the right, This movement is a half-step. Bring both knifes
hands to the left side of the body.
From here step directly ahead into a right
back stance and perform a right middle level knife hand block.
Advance forward and execute a left middle
level knife hand block. This is done from a back stance position.
Step directly ahead and perform a right
middle knife hand block. This is done from a back stance.
Step directly to the rear with the right
leg. Bring the right foot to the knee of the supporting leg. Both knife
hands are brought to the right side of the body.
From this position step backwards with the
right foot. Execute a left middle knife hand block. This is done from
the back stance position.
Draw the left foot to
the right knee. Look approximately 45 to the right and cross the
arms. The left fist is brought to the right shoulder and the eight arm
crosses the body. The right hand also forms a fist.
From here advance forward into a left front
stance. Execute a right reverse middle inside to outside block.
Stay in front stance and open
the right hand. As the right hand is rotated palm out, open the
left hand and move it to meet the right with the tips of the thumbs and
index fingers touching. Do this slowly, with both hands finishing palms
out. Look through the opening created by the hands.
Pivot the left foot 90 to the left. At the
same time, draw the right foot to the knee of the left leg. Be sure to
have the right knee above the waist. Both hands are brought to the left
side. The left fist is palm down.
Then execute a right high side kick this is
done in the direction or the previous front stance. At the Point Kihap
(yell).
Immediately after the right side kick, bring
the kicking foot to the left knee. Turn the head 180 from the direction
of the kick.
Pivot the left foot 90 to the left. Do not
lower the right knee. Cross both arms. The left arm is on top of the
right arm.
From this position step directly to the rear
with the right foot into back stance. Simultaneously execute inside
outside blocks with both arms. The arms are to the outside of the body.
Raise the left leg and bring both fists to
the body the left fist to the left side and the left fist to the right
side.
Next is a double bottom fist strike to the
rib area. The palms will be facing up. Do this by taking a large step
forward with the left foot and sliding the right foot forward, forming a
proper back stance.
Move directly ahead and raise the right leg.
As this is being done, extend the left fist and bring the right fist to
the right side.
Then step into and horse riding stance and
execute a right middle punch.
Look 180 to the left. Cross the left fist to
the right shoulder. The right arm crosses under the left and the hand is
formed into a fist.
From here do a left middle hammer fist
strike. The strike is delivered sideways with the palm down. The right
fist is snapped to the right side. This is done from the horse riding
stance.
Step in the direction of the hammer fist and
execute a right strike and execute and right middle punch. This is done
from the front position.
Draw the left foot forward and turn 90 on
the right foot. The feet will now be one shoulder width apart. Quickly
bring both palms forcefully together. The finger tips of the left hand.
Both hands are at eye level.

front of the solar plexus, palm down.
Open the right fist and make a grabbing
motion with the right hand as in the previous movement. Move directly
forward into a horse riding stance and execute a left middle punch. At
the same time draw the right fist back to a position in front of the
solar plexus.
Open the left fist and make a grabbing
motion with the left hand.
Then step directly ahead into a horse riding
stance and do a right middle punch. Simultaneously draw the left fist
and forearm to a position in front of the solar plexus.
Pivot 225 to the right on the right foot. At
the same time, bring the left foot to meet the right. The body is now at
a 45 angle to the previous movement. Bring both hands to the right hip
in a knife hand position.
Then advance directly ahead and perform a
left middle knife hand block. This is done from the back stance
position.
Turn the head and look 180 to the to the
rear. Cross the left foot in front of the right and bring both knife
hands to the left hip.
Move 180 from the previous movement and
execute a right middle knife hand block. This is done from a right back
stance. (Ki Hap) )
