Straighten
the arms in a downward motion. Place the feet together. This is done at
medium speed, not too quickly and not to slowly. This is the ready
position.
Look straight ahead and turn the body
to the left, pivoting on the toes of both feet. Both hands stay together
as in the ready position. As the are brought tp the left side. This
movement is done slowly with the balance shifted to the front.
From here jump to the front and execute a
right inside to outside block with the left palm against the right
wrist. The feet are in a hooked leg stance with eh right foot facing
straight. The left foot is behind the right and on the ball of the foot.
Turn the head to the rear and bring the
right fist to the left shoulder. The left arm straightens and the left
fist is near the left 180 and.
Step forward into a left front stance while
executing a left, inside to outside forearm block.
Immediately after performing the left inside
outside block, execute a right reverse inside to outside forearm block.
The stance does not change.
Move the right foot to the left and pivot on
both feet executing a 180 turn to the rear. Perform a left reverse
outside to inside block from front stance.
Immediately after doing the left reverse
outside block do a right inside to outside block. This is done while
maintaining the right front stance.
Look 90 to the right. Raise the right foot
and bring the right knee above the belt line. The center of balance is
shifted to a position over the left foot. Straighten the left arm,
crossing it in front of the body, and bring the right fist to the
shoulder.
Move the right arm in a scooping motion past
the right leg, bringing the left fist to the left side.
Then pivot the body 90 to the right. As the
Is being done, straighten the left arm and bring the right fist to the
side of the head.
Next step forward into a right front stance
and execute a right outside to inside middle block.
Maintaining a right front stance, bring the
right fist to the left shoulder and straighten the left arm across the
body.
Then perform a left reverse middle inside to
outside block. The front stance does not change. Next move the left foot
to the left and
Maintaining the distance between the feet,
pivot 90 to the left into a horse riding stance. The right fist stays at
the right side and the left arm is brought to a position in front of the
solar plexus. The left fist is above and slightly in front of the right
fist.
Immediately upon completion of the previous
movement extend the left arm directly in front of the body at moderate
speed. The left hand us opened into a knife hand with palm facing the
floor. As soon as this movement is completed
Execute a right middle punch from the horse
riding stance.
Twist the hips and feet to the left,
maintaining a line of sight directly forward. The left fist is brought
to the right shoulder and the right arm is straightened, with the right
fist crossing to the left side of the body. As soon as the left front
stance is attained.
Do a reverse, right middle inside to outside
block. The block is done directly ahead while the front stance is at
approximately a 75 angle to the left of the block.
Immediately upon completion of the previous
movement turn both feet and hips to the front making a horse riding
stance. As soon as the stance is entered, execute a left middle punch.
Now twist the hips and feet to the right.
The line of sight remains directly forward. Bring the right fist to the
left shoulder and straighten the left arm. As a right front stance is
entered
Perform a left reverse middle inside to
outside block. The block is done to front while the stance is
approximately 75 to the right.
Bring the left foot to where the middle of
the horse riding stance would be, and slightly to the front. Bring both
knife hands to the left side and
Step directly forward into a right back
stance. Execute a right middle knife hand block. This movement is done
from a right back stance.
Step directly ahead and perform a left
middle knife hand block. This movement is done from a back stance.
Again step forward and execute a right
middle knife hand block. This is done from a back stance as well.
Immediately upon completion of the knife hand block
Step back with the right foot in a straight
line. The left knife hand is brought to the right side of the head. The
right arm straightens slightly in front of the body. The right hand
remains in the knife hand position.
Then do a left middle knife hand block from
the back stance position. The block is not done in the same manner as
standard middle knife hand block. In case he left arm sweeps across the
right as the right is being pulled back.
Pivot 90 to the left on the ball of the left
foot. Bring the right foot tot a position behind the left with only the
ball of the right foot touching the ground. Execute a right high block
supported by the left hand. Both hands remain in the knife hand
position.

right foot and execute a left, middle knife hand block. This is done
from a back stance.
Advance forward and perform a right middle
knife hand block. This is done from back stance.
Draw the right foot back to meet the left,
bringing both arms in line with the sides of the body at a 45 angle. The
knees are slightly bent.
Bring both hands to the center of the body.
Draw the hands into a high block position.
Both hands move simultaneously and form fists.
Snap both hands down and apart to the level
of the head, The triceps portion of both arms are parallel to the
ground. The angle of the forearms is approximately 45.
Maintaining the same hand position raise the
right knee above the waist.
Then step directly ahead into a right front
stance. Do a horizontal, middle bottom fist strike with both fists. This
is an attack to the kidney area.
Jump and directly forward about the distance
of a front stance, executing a right middle punch. The right front
stance remains constant. Kee-hap (yell) at this point.
Pivot 180 to the left on the right foot.
Bring the left foot to the right knee and draw the right knife hand to
the right side. The left knife hand is brought to the right shoulder.
Immediately step forward into a left front
stance and do a low attack to the groin area with the palm of the right
knife hand faces up. The left hand forms a fist.
Draw the left foot back forming a back
stance and form a fist with the right hand. Pull the right fist in a
circular motion.
Past the face. The right fist will stop
behind the head in an upper inside block position. The block is done to
the rear of the body and the arm is bent at a right angle. The left arm
forms a low block simultaneously with the right inside block.
Slowly lift the leg and draw the left foot to the right knee, The foot
then moves to the floor, ending in a position next to the right foot.
The body and arms do not move.
Pivot on the left foot 180 to the
left. As this is being done, draw the left fist to the left side and
cross the right arm across the front of the body. Raise the right leg
and
Execute a right upper outside to inside
kick. The left fist remains at the left side of the body with the right
fist above the left.
Immediately after completion of the outside
kick bring the right foot to the left knee, completing the 180 turn.
Straighten the left arm and place the right fist onto the left shoulder.
Then step straight down into a horse riding
stance and perform a right low block.
Look 180 to the left. Cross the right
fist to the left shoulder. The left arm crosses in front of the body
with the fist about the height of the waist. Without moving the feet
Execute a middle backhand block. (This
technique is done 180 from the previous low block) The right fist is
brought to the right side at the same time the back hand block is done.
Immediately upon
completion
of the previous technique, strike the open
palm of the left hand with a right face outside inside kick. The right
fist is at the right side. Upon completion of the kick
Set the right foot to the floor into a horse
riding stance and strike the left palm with the right elbow. This stance
is at a 180 angle from the previous horse riding stance. The elbow
strike and the hand that is being struck are parallel to the floor.
The next three movements are done quickly
one right after another. Do a right low block while bringing the left
fist to the right shoulder. This is done without shifting the feet;
however the hips are used to add power to the technique.
Immediately after the right low block
execute a left low block. The right fist is brought to the left
shoulder.
Then bring the left fist to the right
shoulder and execute a right low block. As mentioned earlier these three
motions are done quickly. The same horse riding stance is maintained at
all times.
Move the right foot to the right about one
shoulder width and pivot the left foot. Enter into a right front stance
and bring the hands to the left side, palm up. The right fist is placed
palm down above the left fist.
While maintaining a right front stance,
twist the hips to the hips to the left and
Strike the mid-section with a right back fist
strike. The right back fist is done in a downward motion, with the back
of the fist facing the floor, while simultaneously attacking the face
area with a left punch.
Bring both fists to the left side with the
fist facing palm up and the right fist above the left, facing palm down,

From here place the right foot on the floor

Execute a left outside to side kick facing
directly forward. Maintain the hand position while kicking.
Immediately upon completion of the outside
to inside kick, step forward into a left front stance, striking the
mid-section with the left back fist. Simultaneously, punch the face area
with the right fore fist.
After doing the simultaneous hand
techniques, draw the left foot from the floor to a position just below
the knee of the supporting leg. Bring both fists to the right side. The
right fist is palm up with the left over the right and palm down.
Immediately upon coming to the point.
Place the left foot on the floor beside the
right. Snap both fists to the left side. The left fist is at the left
side, palm up, and the right fist is over the left and palm down.
Execute a right upper outside to inside
kick. Maintain the hand position. The kick is done directly forward in
the same direction as the previous kick. The kicking leg is brought
straight from the floor do not bring it to the rear in order to get the
momentum to kick.
Immediately upon completion of the kick,
step directly forward into a right front stance. As the stance is being
done, attack the face area with a left fore fist punch and attack the
mid-section with a right back fist.
The next movement will be a 270 turn to the
rear. Look over the left shoulder and pivot on the right foot. Move the
left foot in an arc and in line with the right.
From here pivot both feet to the left,
bending the left knee at a right angle. Bring the right foot onto its
ball, drop the right knee to about one inch from the ground and raise
the left fist to a position above the head. The right fist crosses the
body to the left side.
From here strike in a downward arc with the
back of the right fist. The left fist is brought to the left side at the
same time the right fists strikes. Look toward the ground while
performing this technique.
Pivot both feet 180 to the right. Bring the
right fist tot a position above the left elbow, preparing to bring it
over the head. The left arm straightens and starts to cross the body.
From here bring the right fist above the
head as the left fist crosses the body to the right side. The right leg
is bent at a right angle with the left knee about one inch above the
floor. Move the left foot onto the ball of the foot.
Then immediately strike with a left low back
fist. This is done in an arcing motion from the waist. The right fist is
simultaneously brought to the right side, palm up.
Bring the left foot to a point half way
between the previous stance. Simultaneously draw both knife hands to the
left side of the waist.
Then step at a right angle to the previous
stance. Execute a right middle knife hand block. This is done from the
right back stance.
Pivot 90 to the right on the left foot.
Bring both hands to the left side and do a right, middle knife hand
block. The block is done from a right back stance position.
Look 90 to the left. Step with the right
foot in front of the left. Step forward with the left foot into a back
stance and execute a left middle knife hand block. This movement is done
at a 90 angle to the previous movement. Ki-Hahp (yell)
